I bring 17 years of expertise in the automotive industry doing website design, dealer consultation, SEO, and company branding. I specialize in consulting with dealerships, nurturing partner relationships within and outside our organization, and managing documentation for our products and third-party vendors. While my job used an internal website program, I’ve used many different design platforms like WIX, Website Tonight, and WordPress.

• Used a website template system to build out customized sites for dealerships through CSS and HTML based on analytics and dealer branding.
• Conducted trainings on new products to different departments while adapting the presentation to the group involved so that people of any technical level will be able to understand. Set up and ran a two month training for 30 contractors for the purpose of on-boarding 3000 sites for General Motors.
• Flew across country to train a new team of employees while setting up a new office in Detroit.
• Wrote and maintained training manuals on how to use our system to build out a website, add third party code, add products, and make changes.
